Detailed Product Description
The hybrid charge technology is applied to inside of the sensitive bubble of temperature with the advantage of equal over-heat characteristic in the whole working temperature range. This technology ensures the utilizing ratio of thermal conduction area erof the evaporator not be reduced and temperature of environment where the valve body and sensitive bubble not be restricted.
Both the internal equalizer and external equalizer systems are furnished, especially, the former of which efficiently eliminated the influence resulted from the loss of evaporator pressure.
The outside adjustment for over-heat point is furnished, which is set at 3ºC (when delivering from factory).
Safe working pressure: 2.8 MPa.

Reference for model selection
When selecting capability of the expansion valve, pressure difference between two ends of the valve and evaporating temperature should be considered, so as to make it to fit with the thermal load of the evaporator. Information as below is used as reference for model selection. Since it is difficult to calculate the actual pressure loss, suggest that the selection of model and specification should be done based on test under the actual working condition.
If P exceeding the value as below, suggest to apply the external equalizer valve, which is suitable for the occasions of great resistance to flowing refrigerating agent, low evaporating temperature and over numbers of liquid branches.
