Rules of assembly
The set volume is adjustable and repeat working point operates stably.
Suitable mediums are water, oil, glycol and other non-hazard liquid.
The connector of piping adopts the standard 1 inch NPT feature with screw thread as well as other special specifications with screw thread.

Select a correspondent paddle based upon the piping dimension to conduct the integrated assembly. In order to prevent from damage of the paddle by impact of abnormal liquid flow, suggest to assemble an additional paddle of adjacent dimension on its back against the flow direction.
The flow switch must install on a straight pipeline with a length of at least five times of pipe diameter on both end of the flow switch.
When turning the tee, the wrench must operate on the plane that is specialized for this operation. urning tee in case of holding the switch body is not allowed.
After being turned tightly, the flow switch must keep the paddle in a right angle with the flow direction, the flow must keep identical with the arrow on the enclosure. The paddle should not touch the pipeline or any throttle on the pipeline.
If the speedy close valve is furnished downstream, the flow switch must employ a proper throttle.
The flow switch must install on the horizontal line or upward pipe of the vertical line. Installing the flow switch on the downward pipe of the vertical line is not allowed.
The flow switch has been set on the minimum flow in the factory, setting below this value during operation is not allowed, otherwise, it is not able to reset.
