Shanghai Factory Introduction:

Founded in November of 2003 and located in Xibang Industry Park of Songjiang District, Shanghai Conslead Automatic Control Technology Co., Ltd. has occupied 10500 square meters in total. We have a modernized building with over 10000 square meters for scientific research and production.

Our main productive and testing equipment includes 8 production lines to process various kinds of products. We also have an air supply system by the spiral lobe compressor, a high frequency welder and an argon-arc welder. Meanwhile, our company is equipped with the charging and testing stations for thermostat expansion valves, a digitalized multi-performance tester for solenoid valves and high-precise digital machine-tools.

The current products involve a great variety of models and specifications of pressure controllers, flow switches, thermostat expansion valves, solenoid valves, discharge bypass valves, dry filters, oil separators, water separators and pressure gauges.

Our company employs excellent and hard working staff members. Our technical and management members are engaged in researching and manufacturing controllers for refrigerators & air-conditionings for over 40 years and they have been systematically trained in the ALCO and Johnson Controls in the US and worked in their joint venture companies in China for years.

Quality management of the products strictly follows with the related National standard of the products. Our products have already obtained the CE certificate. A set of reasonable and regular processing procedures have been established. Our close supervision and rich experience guarantee the excellent quality of the products for all customers, based upon the upgrading of ISO9000 quality management system.
